Hailing from the land of looms and lores, Shabari Cotton Private Limited is a leading manufacturer and exporter of home textile products.
Having started our journey in the traditional habdloom industry of Kannur, we have grown to establish multiple facilties with a vertical manufacturing setup that covers all the production processes.
Our unique experience in the industry and our in-house facilities allow us to develop and manufacture a versatile range of sophisticated fabrics and products while maintaining a high level of quality standards.
What We Have
INFRASTRUCTURE
DYIEING & WASHING
Located in Kinfra textile park, our facilties cover Cheese cone dyeing, Hank system dyeing, Fabric & product washing.
WEAVING
Equipped with the latest wider width double beam rapier looms and on-house warping, we can weave up to 10,000 meters/day.
EMBROIDERY & QUILTING
We have a modern and versatile infrastructure setup to cover all of your embroidery and quilting needs.
STITCHING
Our in-house facilities include 100+ modern sewing machines.
INSPECTION & PACKAGING
Our entire facility has been setup with an emphasis on quality and control. Equipped with one of the best quality standards and systems, we can inspect and pack up to 5,000 pieces/day
